Using the service
Luota is a workflow assurance service for scheduled jobs, async tasks, imports, syncs, backups, and related business operations. You may use it only for lawful purposes and only with data you have the right to send.
Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for your workspace configuration, ingest tokens, alert destinations, and any operational actions triggered from Luota incidents. Keep credentials and webhook destinations secure.
Availability
Luota is run as a commercial software service, not a guaranteed safety system. Monitoring failures, third-party outages, delivery failures, and internet interruptions can happen. Maintain independent operational judgment for critical systems.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly cycle unless a different written agreement exists. If Stripe marks the subscription inactive or canceled, Luota may return the workspace to the Free plan limits.
Liability and support
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Luota is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Luota is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from missed alerts, downtime, or third-party failures. Operational support requests should be sent to alerts@luota.dev.
